-Concept Design- Shows general layout and location of hardscapes, softscapes and other structures- no plant details or other very specific details. This is always the first design upon which everything else is built.
-Master Plan- Master plan showing hardscapes, softscapes and structures in relation to the entire landscape. This is the last plan you receive after plant selections are specified. Rendered using markers, pencils, CAD, etc. for visualization purposes.
-Planting Plan- Includes plant key, pictures of plants and general characteristics of each plant (height- width, light requirements, etc.) (Part of the Master Plan)
-3D Conceptual Design- 3D Snapshots and 3D virtual tour will be posted on personalized client blog page for viewing). Should client request 3D Conceptual design for each revision, additional fees will be required.
-Irrigation Design- Shows location of heads, valves, lines, and specifies which heads/emitters and line sizes will be used.
-Lighting Plan- shows light fixture locations and light legend specifying manufacture, series, and wattage (no electrical line layout)
-Dimensional Plan- Shows measurements (length, width, radius, etc.) of key parts of the landscape for easy reference.
-Materials Lists- Separate document showing all materials proposed to be used in landscape (hardscapes, softscapes, lighting, structures, etc.) does not include raw construction elements such as rebar, mortar, cinderblock, fill soil, road base, etc.
-Surface Area Dimensions- List all square footages of hardscapes, lawn, planting areas, total areas, etc. Useful in obtaining quotes from other contractors.
